This project is an enquiry into the unfathomable phenomenology surrounding the subject of mortality. The project seeks to examine the seemingly infinite cycle of life. I have created an installation using sculpture, animation and projection to communicate my research. This installation is intended to be ambiguous in it’s conceptual reading to reflect the obscure and complex nature of the subject of mortality. This project has become a way for myself to understand how I can best use the life that I behold, and how I can cherish my own conscious mind, knowing that one day myself, and the ones that I love, will take our last breath; and the thoughts in our mind will no longer flow.
